We have 28 High Pressure Die Casting Machines which ranges from 80 ton to 1250 ton. We produce castings of weight ranging from 4 gms to 10.00 kgs. The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls. At present we cast Al239, AlSi10Cu2Fe (ADC12), AlSi 12 / AlSi 12 Fe (LM6), AlSi8Cu3Fe (LM24) & AlSi132, Al239, Silafont 36 alloys Machines are replaced or upgraded regularly & the systems are ISO / TS 16949 : 2009 compliant.
